I think they all have great characteristics that make this series so great...but I'd have to go with Hitsugaya, Ukitake, Sui Fong, or Unohana.

zaraki kenpachi. he's so strong without even knowing his swords name. imagine what his bankai would be like.

Many of the captians were great characters in this series, shunsui was prob my fav though
